Primary Job Function
The HR Compliance and Security organization has a global charter that is principally responsible for ensuring proper control of access to Abbott HR systems – primarily Workday.
Handles audit request, re-certification activities and all compliance related to technology development and/or retention of providers of IT solutions
Core Job Responsibilities
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
Works under general supervision.
Act as liaison between HR Compliance and Security organization and HR business areas. Develops and documents detailed processes on direct support of business functions.
Serve as focal point in providing guidance on compliance for new HR system integration.
Interact with HRIS development and implementation team to develop and document processes in preparation for implementation into operational use within HR
Provide metrics on incident resolution and propose solution for improvement where applicable.
Access re-certification for HR systems

Functionally accountable to manager, Compliance and Security – HR, Director Compliance and Security – HR, HRIS team leads.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience / Training Required
2-4 years experience
