We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analytics Manager to work closely with our Marketing Managers around the EMEA region, as well as our senior leadership team based in the EMEA Nutrition Area Head Office in Maidenhead, UK.

You will be supporting our Nutrition business across the region by analysing the effectiveness of our activities in our key markets (eg Saudi Arabia, Russia, Israel, Spain, UK) and guiding strategic decisions relating to marketing and business activities. We'll expect you to provide more than just data, but to use analytics, business models and desk research to explain and interpret the "why" behind the numbers.

This is a newly-created position, so you will have an immediate impact on this function and on our regional business. As such, you'll need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding and track record of success in a similar role so that you can work credibly and effectively with internal stakeholders to guide and add value to their strategic and investment decisions.

You'll need to be numerate and finacially-savvy, with expertise in consumer research and analytics. You'll be able to use your strong problem-solving skills and structured approach to decision-making, along with your excellence communication and project management skills, to support our region at a strategic level.

To have the skills and experience to operate effectively, it's likely that you'll have professional experience in an FMCG marketing or insights role, along with time spent in a management consultancy or research agency setting. You should have hands on experience of using syndicated research and data.
