Our Sales Manager plays a key role in the team. As such, you will be responsible for Manage the coronary sales team, distributors assigned for the country and directs accounts in order to achieve sales, units, price and margin goals.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

You will be Abbott’s Sales Manager and be responsible for:

  • Reach sales goals for the total coronary line, including units, price and minimum margin for each product of the coronary portfolio.

  • Build sustainable commercial relationships with the different stakeholders in the country aiming goals achievement in the short, mid and long terms.

  • Take actions, lead and control on the distributors of the country

  • Serve as point of reference and contact for the end customers in the hospitals, as MDs, C-Level and other Health Care Professionals

  • Develop, couch and be responsible for the entire coronary team, driving the business for the leadership position and sustaining it

You will report to Country Manager

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of overall business experience in Healthcare industry (medical

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Mexican healthcare systems, market access and key stakeholders.

  • Strong management skills to influence and develop third party partners and distributors.

  • People management experience

  • Demonstrate analytical and business management skills; strong business judgment and P&L understanding.
