Provide strategic leadership and direction for the sale of the Division's portfolio of products while positioning the sales team to achieve sales goals and budgetary objectives in support of overall Division sales and profit plans.

Main Responsibilities

Provide leadership to staff to achieve sales targets through efficient and effective sales cycle management.

Ensure staff maintains sales base while also closing new business in both new and existing accounts.

Responsible for full management of a sales P&L.

Ensure that people management and associated administrative tasks (i.e., training modules, expense reports, sales forecasts, business plans, etc) are completed promptly and accurately.

Lead and develop direct reports and others.

Lead sales and cross-functional teams in support of organizational goals.

Lead complex and/or high-risk account management.

Travel up to 60% of the time (primarily domestically) by any means necessary to support business goals.

Understand and comply with all applicable EHS policies, procedures and guidelines.

Ensure the completion of at least two commentary drive-alongs per representative per year.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.


This position is accountable for the following:

Position is responsible for assigned region within the domestic US. demonstrated appropriate level of leadership experience to lead and influence both with and without direct authority. considerable latitude exists in decision-making. position requires high levels of competence, confidence and credibility. strategic and tactical decisions will be made based upon data the individual provides and/or presents in a management or informal setting. consequences of erroneous decisions or recommendations would negatively impact the goals of the organization.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. advanced degree preferred Typically requires 7+ years of experience to develop the competence required to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position. Candidate / incumbent should possess the following:
