Leading medical team- nutrition science experts to support the affiliate commercial operations for the full range of products ( sold through three different routes ethical (doctors) , digital ( direct to consumer) and consumer (in stores) in China

Responsible for the overall business support in terms of brand support to all the marketed products in – includes scientific content, content creation and approval, new product launches, competitor product profiling, sales force and marketing training, product positioning, compliance to international policies, objection handling from HCPs, China compliance programme and infant milk substitute Act Responsible for leading a medical team of HCPs for in- depth all KOL engagement, management and maintenance, all CME programme and doctor group meetings Leading an independent function for “Medical Healthcare Education” exclusive for medical/nutrition education programmes for healthcare professionals, dieticians & nursing community – to create believers in nutrition science and thereby help shaping/expanding the nutrition market in China Responsible for regulatory support to create adequate and acceptable of scientific substantiation document for legal and regulatory challenge on new product claims from regulatory bodies, government agencies and healthcare professionals Responsible for identifying and designing Chinese specific new products with claims as per therapy area priority including product profiling, competitor mapping, competitor profiling, target product profile, nutrition and medical safety and external engagement; Responsible for customisation of global product portfolio considered for China launch as per market needs


Skill, Education, Experience

  • MD (board certified in China)

  • Worked as a part of committees for the IRPMA or/and IFPMA code of practice

  • Someone with 10-12 years of experience in Medico marketing in Pharma / Nutrition with experience in Clinical Research and health economic studies

  • Experience in Regulatory handling cases with CFDA and/or R&D is preferred
