Job Description Summary

Provide FP&A support for Commercial, Digital & Innovation (CDI) and IT International groups in Business Technology Solutions (BTS). Duties include support of monthly financial analysis, LBE, Plan and business case support. Work closely with senior IT management to develop budgets and identify saving opportunities.

Job Description

  • Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of planning and reporting for group's Plan and LBE

  • Perform the analysis of all monthly Plan/LBE schedules

  • Assist with routine LBE submissions

  • Assist in all relevant forecasts and business case creation

  • Attend routing planning meetings and Plan/LBE meetings with senior leadership teams.

  • Primary contact for all international IT issues

  • Additioinal ad-hoc project work and analysis


The preferred candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 3 to 5 years relevant experience. This position requires the ability to interface with various levels and areas of the organization; especially our international affiliates. Effective verbal and written communication, Strong PC skills (Primarily MS Access, Excel, Word, Essbase and AES a plus), ability to be a “team player”.
