Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) is looking for an E-Commerce Manager EMEA (m/f) who will be managing all FreeStyle Libre (a Revolutionary Glucose Monitoring System for People with Diabetes/Flash Glucose Monitoring System) related Web Shop Management and Administration tasks for EMEA countries. The role is limited to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as project lead on new e-shop set-up and operational initiatives with service providers and introduce innovative advancements to maintain a competitive edge in growing e-commerce

  • Maintain relationships with countries and other project stakeholders and provide effective and strong communication and documentation

  • Continuous improvement of existing instruments and processes

  • Further development and optimization of e-commerce processes and functionalities – Fulfillment, Payments, etc.

  • Manage and monitor all related service provider relationships including service level agreements and penalties, reporting, and contractual obligations

  • Monitor specific deliverables and timelines

  • Ensuring the quality of implementation

  • Collaboration with other internal teams, e.g. IT, Marketing, RA, QA, Legal, Commercial Operations, Finance etc.

  • Min 5 years of proven professional experience in of well-known e-commerce online businesses

  • University degree in business, economic computer science, computer science media or an equivalent qualification

  • Possesses a deep understanding in the trends, needs, innovations, and pace of the e-commerce industry

  • High internet and e-commerce affinity and project management experience

  • Understanding of the processes, IT expertise and good knowledge of relevant online technologies and tools

  • Very high customer orientation and quality awareness

  • Reliable and goal-oriented team worker with dedication and commitment

  • Assertiveness, creativity, strong communication skills and structured and systematic way of working

  • Excellent office skills

  • Fluent in English
