Abbott Diagnostics Division is looking for a Junior Automation Specialist (m/f).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert service for designated products

  • Provide escalated service support-handling most complex repairs and troubleshooting, escalated from level two and level one service interventions

  • Provide backup level one and level two service

  • Perform new customers and laboratory site inspections for new contract/tender preparations and design for new installations

  • Prepare an participate in customer business reviews

  • Monitor instrument reliability and prepare service recovery plan for highly serviced/ highly cost instruments

  • Perform advanced technical coaching and training

Your Profile:

  • Bachelors/Engineering degree or equivalent experience in medical/electrical/mechanical or medical technology is preferred

  • Successful engagement with customers, specifically key stakeholders and laboratory staff

  • Excellent product and industry knowledge

  • Strong experience and process skills of the business functions service delivery

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to identify and drive resolutions of issues

  • Technical expert for product line responsibility

  • Coaching and training skills

  • Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software
