Abbott Nutrition International (ANI) is looking for a CRM Manager LATAM (m/f) based in Chicago. The CRM Manager will drive CRM multichannel campaigns to support ANI’s brands. This position will drive lifecycle marketing projects for acquisition (lead managing) and retention based on Customer Insights. The ideal candidate is a multi-faceted, left brain / right brain individual equally comfortable working with internal IT, agencies and local marketing across LATAM. The CRM Manager must also have a focus on sales, a hunger for data and a passion driving projects in time and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Championing and driving through necessary CRM changes ensuring full buy in from all stakeholders in the business

  • Create and maintain automated triggers based campaign on customer purchase behaviors

  • Support Customer Journey Mapping by analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing loyalty opportunities

  • Work with business and technology stakeholders, service providers and agencies to gather functional and technical requirements and optimize day-to-day operations; Ensure data meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications working closely with IT

  • Working closely with the commercial and marketing director to provide guidance on how to maximize current and prospective relationships through the use of CRM tools.

  • Report on KPIs through dashboard creation and internal communication of results and insights

  • Support developing on-brand direct response oriented cross-channel creative executions

  • Maintain and document policies, procedures and standards relating to database marketing and proactively monitors activity

  • Working with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan.

Qualification:

  • Degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing or Informatics

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, tech vendor/agency management and digital marketing, preferably 1 year managing complex CRM implementation plans.

  • Experience developing and executing email marketing plans to deliver quantifiable impact across digital channels including solid understanding of deliverability optimization

  • Understand and have experience in planning, modeling, segmentation, targeting, execution and analysis of CRM campaigns including quantifying direct impact on sales

  • Experience working in Direct-to-Consumer, data-driven environments. E-commerce experience within healthcare and/or CPG experience a plus.

  • Proficiency using marketing automation tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, comparable multi-channel management systems to implement user journeys

  • Excellent Project Management skills

  • Strategic, organized, detail-oriented, and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
