What You Will Do:
Preparation and analysis of rLBE’s/Plan’s including, payroll models, and budgeting of expense and income. Includes foreign exchange modeling and analysis. Development of budget templates, review decks and presentations.
Development, review and analysis of requests for capital authorizations and expenditures. Preparation of RCE’s (Requests for Capital Expenditure). Tracking and analysis of capital projects.
Monthly Close support for adhoc activities. Analysis of forward-looking monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Preparation and communication of Actual results.
Forecasting and FP&A support of One Concur fees and rebates.
Forecasting and FP&A support for Source-to-Pay and other cross-divisional/functional projects.
Business partnering and value creation projects that drive sustainable improvements.
Special financial analysis as requested.
Drive results in a fast paced, highly complex global business and deliver value-add with a mindset towards compliance.
Prioritizes and executes personal workload to meet assigned tasks with timely and accurate results. Reviews data for accuracy and relevance to customer requirements.
Focuses attention on detail and compliance to existing G.A.A.P. and existing financial policies such as CFM and IFM.
Education and Experience You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA or Master’s degree preferred
At least four years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting beyond bachelor’s degree. Strong Excel and Power Point skills required.
