The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Consumer Marketing Team by facilitating the execution of key Marketing activities to support the FreeStyle Brand. This is an ideal entry level position for someone who is interested in Consumer Marketing within a Healthcare company and willing to learn and be open to increasing levels of responsibility.
Managing the Purchase Order Priorities List
Managing Regulatory and Legal Approvals List
Managing Veeva Process (System used for Regulatory Approvals) – Upload Material, Manage Periodic Review Items, Communicate Priorities to Regulatory Director
Managing the Image library
Managing Budget details
Tracking and analyzing Promotions
Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year experience in the healthcare field or in a related area.
Strong interpersonal skills, friendly and happy to support other
Familiar with a variety of marketing activities, practices, and regulations.
Familiar with the healthcare industry and regulations desired
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Process-oriented with excellent follow through and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, and be able to learn applications such as Veeva, Symphony/SAP
Comfortable with numbers, budgets, and analysis
Analyzing and tracking results of Marketing activities
