Support day-to-day Glucerna marketing activities including AP&G management, marketing programs, promotional approvals process, event support, claims updates, and ad-hoc marketing programs based on the business need. Specifically:
AP&G management – invoicing, PO management, reconciliation, reports management
Marketing programs management – management of select marketing programs, including but not limited to consumer coupons, gratis, patient and HCP promotional materials, and meeting planning
ZINC approvals – manage approval process of promotional materials
Event support - including but not limited to National Sales Meetings, District Sales Meetings, etc.
Claims support – claim updates, substantiation, MLR approvals, claim database updates
Ad-hoc support – support a variety of leadership requests
Basic / intermediate accounting, financial, and analysis acumen required
Excellent planning, project management, and prioritization skills
Ability to multi-task, while maintaining high-level of accuracy
Understanding of basic medical, regulatory, and legal standards for consumer healthcare products
Desire to learn and develop marketing skills, including analytic and general program management
BS / BA in Marketing, Communications, Management, or Project Management
2yrs Marketing / Promotional material development experience
Marketing operations and / or agency experience a plus
