Core Job Responsibilities ‚Äč

  • Maintain membership lists for assigned contracts through Letter of Commitment administration or membership lists obtained from the customer and post and communicate data for internal users.

  • Responsible for researching requests for new customers and initiating account set up to include: confirming contract eligibility, appropriate class of trade designation, and eligible pricing.

  • Research and perform maintenance of Nursing Home A numbers to maintain integrity of master data for downstream, sales compliance and ad-hoc sales reporting.

  • Demonstrates understanding of Class of Trade Guidelines and implements accordingly

  • Collaborates with the FSF (sales), external customers, CSO (Customer Service), others in CO (Commercial Operations) to manage membership eligibility requests and perform maintenance in all required systems as needed.

  • Provides membership changes such as EIN or distributor change to Chargeback team as applicable.

  • Responds to requests for end-user pricing eligibility based on each contract's requirements for membership processing.

  • Manages research components for new Alternate Site initiatives outside of normal day to day contracting activities such as requests from distributors and the FSF and as defined by the Long Term Care Contracting Manager.

  • Researches blocked orders based on incorrect pricing and perform appropriate pricing maintenance and release invoices to bill the customer.

  • Compliant with all Operating Procedures and OEC (Office of Ethics and Compliance) guidelines.

  • Obtains documents and maintains approvals in accordance with Operating Procedures.

  • Maintains accurate files, notes and data in electronic files and trackers.

  • Supports internal monitoring efforts and business process documentation.

  • Supports preparation of contract renewal for Business Analysts.

  • Performs renewal research including locating Terms and Conditions, running initial sales and Financial model and verifying membership.

  • Calculates and pays customer Administrative Fees on a monthly/quarterly basis
