The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in the success of the consumer sales organization. This position will provide insights, analytics, standardized national reporting/ metrics, forecasting, field-based incentive plan modeling and systems support. This role also serves as the Administrator for Consumer Sales. The position requires an individual who can work independently and within cross-functional teams to identify solutions to problems and maximize business opportunities via a continuous improvement mentality.

Provide insights, analytics, standardized national reporting/ metrics, forecasting, field-based incentive plan modeling and systems support for Consumer Sales. Serves as the Administrator for Consumer Sales and provides technical/analytical support for the Consumer Sales organization.


  • Partners with consumer sales organization to create, maintain, deliver and evolve National reporting and metrics for the consumer sales team.

  • Utilizes established national reporting and metrics to proactively provide insights and analytics to Sr. Leadership and consumer sales teams; identifying opportunity and/ or risk from a national perspective

  • Maintains connectivity with cross functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Marketing Insights, Sales Development) to ensure Consumer Sales reporting and metrics align with the broader organization

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to address emergent business needs in support of Marketing, Sales, and Finance

  • Automation of reports where possible to drive efficiencies; continuously enhance reporting and metrics.

  • Design, implement and maintain comprehensive one-click dashboard reporting for consumer sales teams and Sr. Leadership.

  • Participate with the Consumer Sales force incentive program design, modeling, implementation, communication and on-going process improvement to achieve business objectives. Conduct benchmarking to ensure Incentive program is competitive and compelling to motivate Sales Force.

  • Serve as the expert for Consumer Sales; answer inquiries from field, maintain alignments, set up questionnaires and additional enhancements requested by the organization.

  • Drive on-going improvement efforts surrounding innovation, data quality, process automation and internal controls.

  • Assist with various forecasting models and methodologies to forecast future consumption volumes.

  • Plan and lead projects, analyze results, prepare and present recommendations to management. Projects are varied and can be complex; may refer to established precedents and policies to develop solutions to problems; use of innovative thinking is required.


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably related to General Business, Marketing, Finance.

  • Previous experience in a corporate sales analytics role.

  • Administration with experience using data tools. Certified administrator a plus.

  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the coupled with good understanding of standard business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Access is a plus.

  • Experience preferred with one or more of the following technologies/data sources: PowerBI, Nielsen, IRI

  • Demonstrated ability in managing data and building insights related to both market trends and sales

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and internally driven. Consistently delivers work that exceeds expectations

  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
