As the Regional Product Manager / Downstream Marketing you will drive to:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape: market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape to shape our go to market approach

  • Develop and implement product launch strategy, including analyzing market research and sales analytics, ideating messaging, developing sales tools, and creating best in class marketing initiatives to drive sales

  • Partner with sales team to define and implement effective targeting, develop physician champions, and gather input to drive marketing decisions

We are seeking candidates with the following:

  • 5+ years medical device marketing experience

  • At least 2 years experience in a medical device company

  • Proven aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills are critical to success

  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency

  • Willingness to “roll up sleeves” to perform at all levels and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; presentation will be part of the interview process


Bachelor degree in business, life sciences, engineering or related technical discipline.
