Abbott Project Coordinator Medical Affairs EMEA in Diegem, Belgium
Abbott Vascular is recruiting a Project Coordinator Medical Affairs, EMEA to be based in our EMEA HQ in Diegem, Belgium.
The Coordinator manages responsible and confidential administrative, financial and research duties following departmental and company policies, practices and procedures.
Your tasks also include:
Coordination of EMEA R&D budget & tracking, including calculation and preparation of LBE and annual plan preparations, as well as actuals and accruals
Central coordination for all Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) and Research Grant applications, follow up, processes in full compliance with internal procedures and managing invoicing and payment
Coordinate and/or provide support to EMEA medical affairs projects and tasks, such as EMEA/Global ISS overview
Coordinate the EMEA speaker bureau for both endovascular and coronary
For Benelux, follow-up on ongoing ISS and research grants with study staff in the hospitals, as well as with finance
Plan, organize and coordinate conference calls, on- and off-site meetings and events, like staff meetings, MABs...
Participate in Management and/or Department debrief meetings, take minutes and distribute, follow-up on action items, wherever appropriate
General administration: correspondence, memoranda, reports, minutes, mailings, attendance sheets, contract filing, invoices, expense claims, assistance with presentations, cost tracking, purchase orders (XIAM), ordering of office supplies, etc.
Ensure compliance according to required procedures
What profile are we looking for?
Similar experience in an international environment
Fluency in English - any other language is an asset
Strong project manager
Ability to prioritize tasks and to organize work independently
Flexible open-minded positive personality
Stress resistant in highly demanding environment
Ability to establish internal and external support network
