Abbott Tenders and Contracts Administrator in Diegem, Belgium
We are recruiting a Tenders & Contracts Administrator for our Vascular Division.
As a Tenders & Contracts Administrator, you provide administration, analysis and implementation support to the Manager, Business Excellence and to the field based Sales teams covering all aspects of contracts and tender administration.
Your responsibilities include:
Administering the tender process, ensuring that pre-qualifying questionnaires and completed, pricing approved and tender documentation submitted on time.
Collating, filing and distributing tender and contract documentation to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Providing regular and adhoc reporting as required to support internal and external customers in the tendering process.
Ensuring that all applicable databases are updated appropriately and the information input is accurate.
Preparing for and participate in periodic reviews with AV Management on tender and contract performance.
Your background/ Education:
Preferred previous experience in administration support role;
System skills – SAP data warehouse preferred and experience using a sales reporting platform;
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word;
Strong language skills: English with French and Dutch
Ability to work well within tight deadlines;
Excellent organizational skills are a must
