An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Territory Manager to support one of our expanding businesses within Electro Physiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position is responsible for maximising the sales volume and market share of designated products within the assigned territory in South Australia.

The main aspects of this role include:

  • Complete low voltage, high voltage and CRT product certification.

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.

  • Actively implements and executes on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.

  • Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.

  • Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.

  • Support implantation, post-operative and clinics of pacemakers, defibrillators & CRT devices within your territory.

  • Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory

  • Manage your consignment stock

  • Maintain accurate customer profiles.

  • Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.

  • Assist with product marketing and launches.

  • Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.

  • Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.

  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager This role may require 24 hour on-call responsibilities during assorted times throughout the year to fulfil your duties.

  • Attend company sales meetings and customer events as required

  • Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties

In addition to the above, the relevant experience is required:

  • Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss the industry process and function with customers, as well as internal and external experts.

  • Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician)/ business essential.

  • IBHRE Certified preferred
