  • Assist project engineering managers to co-ordinate priorities, maintain key stakeholders alignment and communication to the key stakeholders within the different functions of the factory

  • Ensure all project documentation including project plans, status reports, issues, risks, costs, schedules, and quality components are well documented and communicated throughout the lifecycle of projects

  • Collaborate with cross functional team and business stakeholders to manage project scope decisions, critical financial decisions, and change controls, escalate when necessary

  • Managing Work order system using CMMS

  • Write Purchase orders using SAP by closely working with finance

  • Manage day to day vendor relations, performance, and project expectations

  • Assist Facilities and Utilities department in planning and scheduling contractors/vendors to perform and ensure PM’s are completed in a timely manner

  • Developing maintenance job plans for all assets, where required to prevent functional failures

  • Generating the routes for PM and PdM inspection work with support from the Reliability Engineer who will ensure the effectiveness of the tasks


  • 3+ years of experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent knowledge

  • Some knowledge of Maintenance process and activities

  • Advanced computer skills
