1. Execute sales plans and strategies to exceed sales goals and execute new product launches;

2. Ensure the achievement of sales and commercial objectives across assigned geographic area; provide leadership, direction and mentorship to distributors support team to ensure results are achieved;

3. Achieve sales, profit and market share; effectively manage P&L for assigned geography;

4. Overall responsibility for account management and ownership;

5. Responsible for contract negotiations and execution;

6. Complete all administrative responsibilities in an accurate and timely fashion;

7. Ensure execution of established Marketing Plan within assigned geography;

Develop and guide distributor’s sales team to achieve goals.
