Job Summary:

  • Main purpose: Responsible for being an operating link between the Marketing, Logistics, and Finance Department to guarantee the optimum supply chain process.

Main responsibility:

  • Ensure sales forecast reflects the market and the company’s reality via demand review. Mange all product demands and liaise with ALOG on supply plan.

  • Ensure the information residing in the tem used (Manugistics) for the S&OP process is reliable & updated.

  • Document assumptions & occurrences for each product family to facilitate the decision-making.

  • Participate in the New Product related meetings in order to determine their market projections. Administrate, integrate and consolidate sales projections to be presented at the S&OP meeting.

  • Reconcile supply, demand and new product plans at both detail and aggregate level and tie to the business plan to be reviewed during S&OP process.

  • Manage sales performance information from the company to support the S&OP process. Set & coordinate reconciliation meetings with marketing, finance and logistics areas. Review current forecast, in-market sales, market intelligence, adjust forecast according to inputs. Review business projection versus the adjusted forecast and possible product restrictions.

  • Lead monthly S&OP meetings, facilitate analysis on products with short shelf life, product with high inventory levels, accept or refuse inventory offered with short shelf life after analyzing all financial and commercial implications.

  • Participate in the Plan and Update preparation to be presented to the Headquarters. Provide direction and support to optimize staff performance.

  • Manage team’s development throughout the path to achieve goals. Ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.

  • Carry out special projects as directed by the Finance Director or General Manager.

Job requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor degree

  • Experience: over 10 years as Demand Planning experience required, in which at least 4 year-experience at Manager level

  • English skill in advanced

  • Good micro-soft office skill

  • Professional Skill: Customer focus, Follow-up skills, Organization and planning skills, Decision making

  • Behavioral / Leadership Skill: Adaptability, Problem solving skills, Teamwork, Strategic thinking and visioning
