Responsible for developing WebEx and Onsite STARLIMS product demonstrations for North American Account Managers and representing STARLIMS informatics platform to prospects and at field events.
Responsibilities include supporting the RFI/RFP/RFQs response along with general technical assistance to support sales opportunities. Professionally articulates technology and product/solution positioning to both business and technical users for accounts engaged by Account Managers. Must be able to identify and understand technical requirements of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with the Account Managers and after contract signing help Account Managers seamlessly transition over to Professional Services for deployment and configuration.
Responsible for configuration and conducting STARLIMS scripted demonstrations for prospective sales opportunities. Create and present product demos and value propositions to every level of the organization from senior executives to technical staffacross a wide range of companies and industries.
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with experience in sales product delivery or product development. Knowledge of LIMS Informatics and web-based technology is desired.
Adjust rapidly in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must have excellent time management skills to work with multiple accounts.
Must possess strong presentation skills and communicate professionally as a dynamic speaker during seminars and onsite demonstrations
and in written responses to emails

B.S. in Biology/Chemistry
or Computer Science
2 - 4 years of experience working in sales, product delivery, or development preferably with web-based technologies. Strong presentation and communication skills, strategic planning, time-management, critical thinking, and analysis of market conditions. * Preferred Qualifications: Ideally candidate would reside in the US with flexibility to support customers throughout the US and Canada.
