In Abbott Benelux & Nordics we are currently searching for a senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist, who will be supporting the 6 countries in the region in order to be a top player when it comes to compensation & benefits

Primary Objectives:

  • Supports C&B Lead Netherlands, Belgium, Nordics on C&B programs and policies

  • Provides analytical and conceptual work in all compensation related questions across region

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the C&B Lead in the design of C&B programs

  • Drives global C&B programs on country level, e.g. job evaluations, merit projections, merit guidelines

  • Screen C&B trends and translate them into operational recommendations for BHR and C&B Lead

  • Acts as contact for external C&B consultants and benefits providers, incl. salary surveys

  • Set up processes and guidelines for effective C&B program design and implementation

  • Consolidate country information for specific responsibility to provide to Area

What we are looking for

  • Experience for at least 2 years, preferred as compensation consultant

  • Excellent English Skills, Dutch native speaker preferred

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Good communication skills
