Summary:

Assists in the liaison activities between the IT/service systems and business areas. Applies IT and business knowledge and experience to formulate business requirements to solve for a business problem and to streamline existing operational and business processes. Works with clients on activities of moderate complexity; consults with clients and senior IT personnel to develop and understand the business case and business requirements to solve for technology related business problems. Participates in systems design, development, testing, training and roll-out. Supports the systems for global users by documenting, prioritizing, troubleshooting and pursuing for resolution.

Has experience with software development life cycle processes and tools including SQL, Excel Macros. Able to work with web-development tools including JavaScript, CSS, HTML/HTML5. Design and Office tools including Lotus Notes, Visio, SharePoint. Working experience in Agile and Waterfall development models. Able to work with mobile OS and devices including iOS, Andriod.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Performs work using existing standards, methodologies & processes and understands other systems/business processes relationship to each other.

Partners with Corporate service providers to investigate alternatives, which use existing applications.

May assist in preparing, developing and conducting clients and systems training.

Completes project tasks within time and budget constraints.

Adheres to established policies.

Maintains productive relationships with peers and management in IT and the business function.

Work directed by higher level analyst and/or management.

Assists in determining business requirements and developing a positive relationship with the business.

Work is reviewed to determine if desired results and objectives have been achieved.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. At least 7, typically 10 or more years of experience.
