Abbott Technicien Service Desk (IT) (H/F) in Issy les Moulineaux, France
To support its development, Abbott is currently recruiting an End User Technician in its IT Team.
As an End User Technician, you will provide infrastructure and basic application support for Abbott – St. Jude Medical France to 195 users (65 office based and 130 remote).
Specifically, this includes:
Desktop support of OS/Standard tools (Office 2010/2013 i.e.)
Computer preparation using local deployment server PXE and global English image. Installation of Office pack in French and customize keyboard and regional settings.
Perform first level support via phone & e-mails. Users call local team, no central team.
Airwatch - Managed via AD. Request order, access administration, setup, coordinate replacement, repair, support, inventory.
