Responsible for conducting customer training and workshop
Responsible to make sure that the Abbott training standards are adhered to and keep the training consistent to meet the customer/ Abbott objectives for the African region.
Responsible for evaluating training and meeting customer needs through training.
Responsible in assisting Sales/Service to get customer to test of record by Abbott set metric
Assisting sales with the customer evaluations of new products.
Responsible for product updates and communications
Assist RSD to develop new process and to get the new processes implemented by set dead lines
Drive the implementation with in the team on new processes, training and conferences
Coaching of team members
Make sure QD / PI are addressed accordingly
