Abbott Diagnostics has an opening for Contract Management Representative. This key role will support large health systems and strategic account contracts. He/she will manage contract implementation and management of obligations throughout the contract life cycle.

Contract Implementation: ensure proper understanding of the contract by Contracting & Pricing implementation team, instrument shipment team and Field Service organization. Translate terms and conditions into actionable items and manage completion. Coordinate shipping and invoicing of all Abbott and third party products including ancillary items (like water systems).

Contract Life Cycle Management: Manage Abbott and customer initiated amendments that adjust products and prices, contracted price actions, reconciliation actions associated with customer's non- compliance to purchase commitment, discount ship programs, end of term contract activities, contract related allowances/value adds, rebate processing.

Operate within enterprise systems: Symphony, Model N, CMS Next, SharePoint

Minimum education:

Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred but not required.

6+ years of related work experience with a strong understanding of Contracting and Pricing, or an

equivalent combination of education and work experience. MS Excel and Access expertise is a must.
