The Finance Director, Transfusion Business Unit supports a multi-country area with diverse issues, currencies and business drivers. Financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and analysis, general accounting, internal control, asset management and service strategies.


  • Manages the planning, entity and LBE processes ,and consolidation for the area implementing changes as necessary and with a continuous goal of understanding for all participants.

  • Reviews and analyzes monthly financial results for multiple affiliate.

  • Keeps Country Managers and DVP informed of results.

  • Provides controllership support to the organization both at a country and area level.

  • Creates and maintains a system of controls,implementing/monitoring Division/Corporate policies and procedures and reporting requirements.

  • Initiates, develops and implements profitability programs in area aimed at assisting CM to reach/exceed their goals.

  • Identifies areas for improvement and develops action plans.

  • Has responsibility for training,development and ongoing coaching of Country Controllers and area financial staff and general management.


Multiple country support; area includes one major emerging market as well as other developing countries with high growth expectations. Area has a large diversity in types of businesses from countries with fewer but larger deals to countries with heavy distributor business.


  • Minimal Bachelors degree in Business or Finance

  • Experience in Accounting/Auditing and Financial Planning and Analysis as would be acquired through 6-8 years experience.

  • Supervisory experience of professional-level employees.
