The Manager, Advanced Analytics position will support the Global Marketing Organization. This exciting new role is being created to build the analytical capabilities for our Diagnostics Division. You will be responsible for using your experience and creativity to help us develop and generate real-time interactive dashboards by applying best practices for business/statistical analysis as well as driving other marketing analytics projects.

Develop and lead advanced analytics projects. Issue regular status/progress reports.
Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders for projects.
Collect, compile and analyze data from multiple sources. Verify and validate testing models and analytic results to ensure the accuracy of programs and documents.
Synthesize data analytics into actionable items that improve business performance. Present recommendations to a non-technical audience of senior leaders.
Lead the process of formulating analytical techniques to measure key performance indicators in healthcare (Design of Experiment / Measurement Plan).
Serve as a statistical and data management subject matter expert to provide advice and respond to inquiries internally/externally. Support other teams/functions to create study designs and analysis, and participate in presentations to customers and publications.
Support with data analysis, method comparison, difference plots, ANOVA models for precision, six sigma analysis, and significance analysis.
BS degree in Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or other science, or 4 years of relevant experience beyond the below minimum experience requirement (9+ years of experience total). MS/MBA or Ph.D. preferred.
5+ years of experience in statistical methods related to data mining, business analysis, etc. in a relevant functional background such as Marketing Analysis/Response Modeling, Financial Modeling, Statistical Modeling, or Econometrics.
Demonstrated understanding of marketing mix modeling, marketing strategies, statistical programming (ie. SAS, R, SPSS) and database querying (e.g., SQL).
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, data visualization software (ie. Tableau, Power BI, M, JMP), modeling tools, CRM technologies, and segmentation/targeting strategies.
Experience presenting complex data to a non-technical audience.
