The Sr Financial Analyst, ADD Global Supply Chain, provides financial support to the ADD Supply Chain Operations (SCO) organization. This includes financial support for the Global Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and TPM Operations teams. The SCO Finance team has FP&A responsibility for third party sourced/manufactured products (including standard costing, operating variances and inventory analysis), Lake County Distribution Center warehousing and logistics operations, and financial management of SCO manufacturing management cost centers.

Job Description:

The Sr Financial Analyst, ADD Global Supply Chain provides financial support for ADD’s Global Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and TPM Operations teams.

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • FP&A and financial approval for SCO production admin and logistics cost centers, including headcount, budget, and capital analysis

  • Maintenance of SAP costing data for Lake County Distribution Center (LCDC)

  • Preparation of monthly SCO intercompany margin package

  • Monthly analysis and journal entries for LCDC inventory exposure reserves

  • Monthly analysis and journal entries for division allocation of LCDC inbound/outbound freight invoices ($40MM annually)

  • Consolidation and distribution of Preliminary and Post Exec Plan supply volumes for internal and third party manufacturing sites

  • Proactively review financial processes and implement improvements

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Support annual SCO standard costing/year end cost change processes

  • Support FP&A of SCO Absorption & PPV variances

  • Support analysis of ADD cash flow initiatives (DOH/DPO)

  • Other SCO P&L/Balance Sheet analysis as needed

Experience/Skills Required:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance

  • 4-6 years experience in Corporate Finance/Accounting. Prior financial planning and/or cost accounting experience preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to communicate technical accounting concepts clearly and concisely with non-finance partners

  • Prior experience with Symphony/SAP and TM1 (or similar financial planning systems)
