The ADD DHQ Center of Excellence is a best in class FP&A organization that drives standardization and efficiencies across ADD, provides insightful and value-added analytics, and serves as a talent pipeline into the division. The Center of Excellence is responsible for the preparation and analytical review of cost center budgets and other standard financial reports, spanning across Commercial, DHQ, IT, Marketing, and R&D organizations for LBE's and confirmations. Analytical review includes understanding of the key casuals that drive change versus multiple benchmarks. On-going process initiatives are also required to improve and strengthen financial processes, procedures, and systems supporting these areas of responsibility.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Preparation and Consolidation of monthly reporting packages for senior management and Corporate
Prepare commentary based on understanding of the business and key drivers of results
Ensure all deadlines are met with accurate schedules and on time submissions to appropriate organizations
Interaction with multiple levels of management, both finance and operational
Financial modeling with extensive use of Excel
Ad-hoc projects and process improvements as needed to support division initiatives
Minimum of 4 years finance experience.
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and with senior management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
