Sr Financial Analyst Global Commercial Operations HQ

The role supports the Global Commercial Operations in ADD interacting with all levels of management. The key responsibilities for this position will be maintaining Sales and Profitability Analysis for Alinity and monitor and report on Service Equipment Placements. In addition the position will support the Global FP&A function in ADD Commercial in managing the planning process and providing analytics and insights to ADD Commercial and Finance management.

Job Description Summary:

The position will provide financial support to business partners globally and be involved in strategy development and execution as well as numerous projects in the areas of Alinity Sales and Profitability. Additionally, the position will be responsible for preparing analysis that provides understanding on the level of service equipment placements and forecasting of those placements.

Specific responsibilities include:

Prepare sales reports for Alinity and Total ADD Sales on a weekly basis.

Partner with all global commercial finance teams and the commercial excellence organization to develop financial sales forecasts. Develop detailed financial forecasts incorporating historic, trended and current business information. Prepare sensitivity analysis impact on revenue, expenses and profitability by modeling changes in key variables. Prepare and distribute financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance and review with Senior Management. Manage ADD Commercial FP&A process in coordinating planning process and tools as well as actuals analytics. Interact and partner with global teams in all geographic areas and collaborate for successful business partnership and financial management. Prepare monthly analysis on service equipment placements. Maintain historical service equipment placement results to enable more accurate forward looking forecasts. Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed including complex analysis on sales, expenses and profitability for a specific country, area or product. Utilize ADD Center of Excellence in data gathering and consolidation.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting

Minimum Experience / Training Required:

6+ years of minimum experience

Qualifications

Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Biologics. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance, with six plus years’ experience OR Advanced degree with five or more years’ experience.
