Lead implementation of Strategic Pricing tools and processes in alignment with division guidelines to support acquisition opportunities. Partners with Global Service Operations to develop TVO tools specific to service.
Provide deal-specific support to commercial teams to increase win rates and profitable growth.
Reviews pricing outcomes to identify trends and impact on price integrity within region / country. Provides recommendation on how to price future deals to close gaps.
Monitors contract compliance and coordinate appropriate follow up actions with commercial team.
Identifies opportunities that drive gross margin and economic profitability improvement and engage with appropriate parties for execution.
Sets new product pricing and pricing schedules annually based on partnership with local Pricing and Profitability Manager knowledge in accordance with global requirements
Partners with Global Service Marketing in development of value propositions specific to the Transfusion Market and collection of competitive data to support service contract pricing models.
Coordinates Transfusion Medicine customer survey process with ADD Customer Loyalty Manager and conducts analysis of survey data to share with ATM Leadership Team.
Ideal / Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's Degree preferred (e.g. Marketing or similar).
6 or more years' Sales, Marketing, and/or Procurement-based strategic pricing and profitability work experience from large (e.g. Fortune 500 or similar) healthcare/medical diagnostics products companies and/or companies that sell professional services on top of their products (e.g. IT consulting or similar).
International experience in e.g. driving products to market, in Europe (e.g. France), etc.
Strong success record in cross-functional interaction with multiple departments throughout a company (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Pricing, etc.)
Required Education and Minimum Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing or profitability analysis
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting commercial organizations
Minimum 6 years of total business experience
Strong leadership / management skills
