For our medical device business, we are recruiting a Business Analyst.
The purpose of the job is to provide the global Customer Service team with data, analytics and insights to drive decisions on customer satisfaction, transactional efficiency and other service related topics.
Roles and Responsibilities
KPI creation and general reporting
Seek global alignment from Customer Service management on KPI dashboards and metrics
Create, maintain, automate and distribute KPI cockpit and metrics using available reporting tools
Create and Maintain KPI List, KPI dashboards and KPI tree structure identifying and alerting on interdependencies of KPI
Document the technical design of KPI/metrics
Work with Customer Service management on new or adhoc reporting requirements and prioritization based on the business value these requests provide. Set up adhoc reporting such that these can be run independently by the business
Identify missing data elements to improve current dashboards and data and work with BPI/IT teams to close these gaps analysis
Analyze metrics and provide direction and recommendations to management
Regular review of KPI with Customer Service management, indicate areas for improvement and work with Customer Service teams to understand root causes and corrective actions
Provide input for financial, strategic and operational planning
Prepare and validate product traceability lists
Education and Competencies
Bachelor or Master degree
3 years’ relevant experience in an international environment
Experience in reporting tools as Business Objects.
Profound knowledge of excel, access and PowerPoint.
Profound knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is an asset)
Fluent in English. Other language is an asset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
