Abbott Digital/CRM Manager (Consumer / Nutrition) - EURISA in Maidenhead, United Kingdom

Your role

You are to lead the digital and CRM consumer activities of the Abbott Nutrition business in EURISA.

Your objective is to enable Abbott Nutrition to better engage with consumers via closed-loop-marketing and to set-up direct to consumers e-commerce solutions. To increase competitiveness and sales outperformance of Abbott Nutrition brands Similac, Pediasure and Ensure.

You will be working within the EURISA area marketing team and report to the Engagement Manager EURISA. You will lead and direct the digital/CRM activites with focus on consumers for Abbott Nutrition in the EURISA area (Europe Russia Israel Southern Africa). You will steer dedicated digital/CRM managers in the affiliates and collaborate intensively with a broad set of internal and external leaders across affiliates (e.g., Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Senior Management, Agencies, KOLs, Global Marketing).

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead special project on Direct-To-Consumer Business Model for Infant Milk in EURISA.

  • Lead digital engagement and CRM strategies and programs for consumers across EURISA for Ensure, Similac and Pediasure.

  • Lead affiliate activation of digital strategies and digital programs along the consumer journeys.

  • Co-ordinate development & management of digital assets (websites, social media, ..), guiding affiliates and driving synergies in production & learnings

  • Drive continuous improvement programs in digital and CRM activities in terms of targeting and media / content optimisation via KPIs, analytics and concrete A/B testing and action programs.

  • Up-skill organisation on digital and CRM competencies.

Education:

BA/BS Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Experience & Skills:

  • Demonstrated digital marketing and/or consumer CRM experience – ideally in start-up. Preferably OTC or consumer packaged goods.

  • Experienced use of digital tools: google analytics & adwords, facebook ads, salesforce and/or hubspot CRM.

  • Ability to translate consumer journeys into digital activation strategies and activation programs.

  • Experience in digital marketing (digital assets, olv, website, search, social media)

  • Experience in CRM programs (ideally using salesforce.com)

  • Desirable experience in eCommerce (Amazon and/or Direct to Consumer)

  • Ability to set vision and strategy, to inspire organsiation and be organaisationally savvy.

  • Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills.

  • Decisiveness and Choiceful. Set priorities and execute accordingly.

  • Strong project management experience. Good time management.

  • Self-starter, ability to handle ambiguity and drive strategies and action

Travel Requirements

This position is based in Maidenhead, UK. Post-holder should be able to travel on a regular basis up to around 25% of the time.
