Abbott Marketing Project Manager – New Business Model Ventures - EURISA in Maidenhead, United Kingdom
Abbott Nutrition has a new opportunity for an experience digital marketing professional within our Maidenhead office.
You are to lead specific projects to pilot new business model ventures for Abbott Nutrition in EURISA. The specific projects to be defined as per given time.
Your objective is to enable Abbott Nutrition to qualify new, sizeable and profitable business models. The outcome being a yes/no decision for scale-up and learning dissemination to be leverage for future projects.
You will be working within the EURISA area team and report to the Area Marketing Director.
You will be fully responsible to manage the project, deliver against timelines, KPIs and within assigned budget and work directly with third party vendors.
You will collaborate intensively with a broad set of internal and external leaders across the organisation: SVPs/EVPs, GMs, Marketing, IT, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Supply and Finance.
Strategy. Define project strategy and action plan. Get sign-off on objectives, budget and KPIs.
Execute. Manage project execution and ensure delivery. Manage stakeholders and ensure their delivery against timelines. Course correct to deliver against objectives.
Analytics & Reporting. Set KPIs, measure and report back including learnings and action plans.
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing / Business or equivalent. MBA preferred due to the business complexity and P&L responsibility of the position.
Experience & Skills:
Significant progressively responsible brand management experience in either OTC marketing, consumer packaged goods marketing, or a combination of the two.
Experience in digital start-up company very desirable.
Ability to set vision and strategy, to inspire the organisation and be organisationally savvy.
Ability to translate insights into consumer/HCP journeys.
Experience in digital marketing, developing and activation 360 communication campaigns (TV, digital assets, OLV, website, search, social media)
Desirably experience in CRM programs (ideally using salesforce.com) and eCommerce (Amazon and/or Direct to Consumer)
Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills.
Decisive and strategic. Set priorities and execute accordingly.
Strong project management experience. Good time management.
Experience in turning insights and consumer journeys into activation programs
Self-starter, ability to handle ambiguity and drive strategies and action
This position is based in Maidenhead, UK. Post-holder should be able to travel on a regular basis up to around 10% of the time.
