Abbott Order Entry Clerk in Maidenhead, United Kingdom
To process orders received from the Salesforce and Customers using the Symphony (SAP) order processing system.
To ensure that the following are prioritised and processed on a daily basis:
Field Force orders via Salesforce.com.
Maintain standing order & patient support programmes in line with contracts for sales regions and hospitals.
Release standing orders and patient support orders for regions.
Business to Business orders.
Credit/debit card orders.
HCP web orders.
Log record diary requests.
Hospital & Wholesale orders.
Answer order entry lines, take orders, handle enquiries.
Create and maintain customer master data.
Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports using reporting tools.
Participate in team meetings.
Ensuring all orders are processed in accordance with KPI’s.
MINIMUM TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Experience of working with MS Office & SAP.
Order processing experience.
