Abbott Senior Brand Manager (Nutrition) in Maidenhead, United Kingdom
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to support the consumer nutrition marketing team within the UK, including development of new go to market strategies as well as producing brand strategies and ensuring proper implementation of these strategies through campaigns, which maximise return on investment.
The Senior Brand Manager will define and develop marketing strategies to match the position of the brand in its life cycle, lead the portfolio assessment, implementing agreed management plans flawlessly, and undertake a complete analysis of the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns and monitor their implementation. Managing the P & L, including full budgetary responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits, the Senior Brand Manager must also accurately forecast demand and assist in preparing the plan with senior leaders. This is a people management position, leading and coordinating the workload of the brand team.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and possess a marketing qualification, as well as significant experience within a marketing function, preferably healthcare or OTC. Experience leading a high performing marketing team and demonstrated leadership skills are important. Digital marketing skills would be helpful.
