Audit inventory on AMM/DFCS to keep systems in balance, investigate inventory discrepancies during daily order processing. Process rejected, expired and short dated products, support Quality and Manufacturing with material being destroyed, reworked or quarantined. Resolve orders on hold for inventory status. Cancel orders as requested. Monitor system errors logs on AMM, DFCS and WMS. Fix problems uncovered and/or notify appropriate personnel as needed. Compile, analyze and report various key indicators for Distribution operations. Assist in training activities of employees. Ability to function at multiple sites.
Additional Main Responsibilities

Compile, analyze and report various key indicators for Distribution operations.
Ability to function independently and at multiple sites required.
Support of Distribution Operations in facilitating customer order processing.
Support of Quality organizations in required inventory manipulations.
Maintaining inventory accuracy for ADD Lake County.
Assumes leadership accountability when supervisor is unavailable.
Desirable to have a candidate with Forktruck certification

High school diploma or GED required. Warehousing/Distribution/Inventory Control experience. Requires warehousing, distribution and/or inventory background. Strong working knowledge of computerized systems. Multiple site and independent functionality a must. Able to assist in training activities of new employees.
