Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Develops solutions to standard problems which require use of existing procedures. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

  • Responsible for achieving revenue plan.


  • Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers, KOLs and industry leaders.


  • Maintains understanding of technology and competitive environment.


  • Develops and adheres to actionable business plan


  • Provides medical professionals with information and training on the use of Company products and with staff education, in-services, lab days and technical troubleshooting.


  • Interfaces with all levels of the sales and sales management staff.


  • Interacts with customers and assigned institutions, physicians and technicians, customer purchasing and administration.


  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with vendors to develop effectively sales promotion.


  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/ 能力資格要件 : Describe the minimum education and experience, including knowledge, skills and abilities, required to successfully perform the job. List any certificates, license, and/or registrations required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.


  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience medical device product areas or related discipline, including direct experience in product sales.


  • Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.


  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.


  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.


  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.


  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
