Status : Full Time/Permanent

Position Overview: Working as part of the Program Management Office, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to supporting the Program Manager in meeting product development requirements, fulfilling product definition, meeting product and program cost goals, quality objectives and time to market objectives.


  • Actively elevate to Program Manager for resolution, any developing issues that compromise the published timelines and deliverables.

  • Understand document requirements for products, process and test method verifications and validations in accordance with the site procedures and specific Design Control project activities.

  • Responsible for complying with established design control policies and procedures.

  • Support creation and approval of elements of Design Control including but not limited to: Planning, Input, Output, Reviews, Verification, Validation, Transfer, Change Control and Design History File.

  • Ensure a positive work environment and awareness by all team members of company goals and objectives.

  • Travel as necessary to aid in program facilitation.

  • Organize and actively participate in design reviews and program phase change reviews.

  • Support development of project schedules and budget

  • Other miscellaneous duties as may be required.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic skills in project planning and management, judgment, decision-making, and problem solving.

  • Working knowledge of new product development methodologies an asset.

  • Ability to be creative in achieving objectives while assuring compliance to internal and external requirements.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering or Physical Sciences.

  • 1-3 years’ experience in project or technical environment, preferably in medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.
