Position Overview:

Status: Temporary/Fulltime (12 month contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Cartridge testing and stability test organization based on approved protocols

  • Organizing and keeping track of experiments and fluids in fridges; and other job-related tasks as necessary.

  • In order to perform testing you will be required to use in house data collection and summary programs such as ISD, SENDIT, ISTATS, WINISD, EGRESS and ProbeTrak.

Required Education and Experience:

To be considered for this position, you will have the following education, skills, and abilities:

  • A high school diploma

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • A mechanical aptitude and good organizational skills

  • A keen interest in continuous learning

  • Experience running cartridges and dealing with blood is preferred

  • Science/Chemistry/Biochemistry and/or phlebotomy experience would be considered an asset

  • Personal attributes: professionalism , adaptability, approachability, enthusiasm, excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, shows initiative and can work effectively as part of a team.

  • You must be a self-starter and have the ability to follow instructions and use good judgement.

  • The individual must be flexible and be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

This position requires someone who can work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
