Provides meeting logistics support for local and regional Education programs. Ensures all company compliance policies are followed regarding programs or meetings where the contracting of Healthcare Practitioners takes place. Partner with internal meetings & events and corporate teams to align with policies, corporate brand guidelines and financial objectives.

  • Manages the development of program/event agendas.

  • Manages the delivery of approved content for use during programs/events.

  • Manages planning of program/event venues and all associated costs, invoice management & payments.

  • Develops systems & programs for centrally managing all aspects of Local & Regional programs & events while utilizing local & regional resources related to venues, catering, logistics, travel, etc.

  • Manages records retention to ensure traceability for all aspects of Local & Regional Programs for which compliance policies apply.

  • Ensures costs are aligned to program/event budgets.

  • Adhere to corporate meetings & events policies, compliance HCP reporting and utilization of tools – resources.

  • Collaborate with internal meetings & events team to identify synergies, efficiencies and best practices utilization.

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Meetings & Events logistics in the Medical Technology or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in implementation of Legal and/or Regulatory compliance requirements related to medical device or pharmaceutical commercial or educational activities.

  • 1-3 years of field-based marketing, education or market development activities in a highly regulated industry.

  • 2-4 years of medical meetings & events or related experience in both customer interfacing and internal engagements.
