Ensuring the SMs under his/her supervision to achieve the agreed sales and activities target, and managing/ controlling the ROI of the activities
Guide, Coach and Coordinate with SFE, Training department and/or marketing department to train his/her SM to well execute their work.
Establish good rapport and cooperation with Top Key Opinion Leaders and market leader in his/her area of responsibility
Building good cooperation with Distributors to improve products availability in Distributors level and Branch level
Ensuring the good flow of communication and reporting of PMR to management and via versa, including providing regular sales achievement forecast
Regularly provide ideas and actively participate in developing product and marketing plan
