At Alere outstanding customer service is a top priority. The Client Services Team plays a critical role in shaping Alere’s image with its customers, vendors, and business partners. Alere imparts the importance of that role, by selecting ClientServices Representatives who are committed to: knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and courteous interactions with every caller. A Client Services Representative handles inbound customer service, and supply order calls, as well as responds to customer emails.
Demonstratedoutstanding service orientation with clear verbal and written communications
Willingness toanswer phones, research questions and document all customer interactions
Flexibility tooperation in several systems platforms and balance tasks throughout the workday
Ability tomultitask in handling customers on various reporting platforms and email queues

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (What You Will Need)
Ability to workfrom 11 AM to 8 PM Monday to Friday
Four-year degreefrom an accredited college or university is strongly preferred
Call centerexperience strongly preferred
Understandsproductivity and quality objectives
Strong computerskills on various computer systems
Interpersonaland communications skills
Positive andhelpful attitude
Initiative andAttention to detail
