Abbott Diagnostics is looking for an
Application Specialist France (m/f)
The Alinity Application Specialist is responsible for delivery of customer operator training and coaching in Abbott training facilities and onsite and providing on- site assay implementation, application support, and application troubleshooting.
Deliver customer operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site
Perform new instrument and assay implementations through Test Of Record (TOR)
Perform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching
Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service key performance indicators achievement and resolution rates.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelors / Engineering degree in medical / electrical / mechanical or medical technology is preferred.
Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references
Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
Strong communication skills
Technical expert for product line responsibility
Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software
overall travel time is 70-80%, 90% projects across country or in region, 10% travelling in EMEA to support the launch of Alinity instruments
