Application Specialist France (m/f)

The Alinity Application Specialist is responsible for delivery of customer operator training and coaching in Abbott training facilities and onsite and providing on- site assay implementation, application support, and application troubleshooting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site

  • Perform new instrument and assay implementations through Test Of Record (TOR)

  • Perform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching

  • Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service key performance indicators achievement and resolution rates.


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelors / Engineering degree in medical / electrical / mechanical or medical technology is preferred.


  • Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references

  • Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Technical expert for product line responsibility

  • Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software

  • overall travel time is 70-80%, 90% projects across country or in region, 10% travelling in EMEA to support the launch of Alinity instruments
