Abbott Alinity Project Manager (M/W) in Rungis, France
The Alinity Program Manager is responsible to Lead, Govern, Plan and Control the Alinity Acceleration and Share Gain Strategy, including Tactical Execution for France. This person will drive best-in class assumption based commercial planning processes, tools and behaviors for the New Product Activity (Alinity) and compliance to profitability guidance. By utilizing available data sets, the role will support Marketing and Commercial Teams on the Development, Implementation and Effectiveness Monitoring of relevant Marketing Plans and Financial Commitments relative to Alinity.
Core Job Responsibilities
Enable and Scale the Alinity deployment in France
Utilize Sales Excellence, Sales Execution and Commercial Planning process, tools and behaviors to achieve Regional Alinity Commitment relative to Placements, Revenue Growth and Market Share Gain.
Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations & Marketing, to access Month to Month changes and identification of potential Opportunities and Vulnerabilities on Commercial Revenue, Margin and Cashflow within the Region.
Clearly map out the Market Opportunities for both Conversions and Competitive Take-Aways over the coming 1 – 3 Year. Ensure correct resourcing is in place to support, Acquisition, Installation / Implementation and ongoing Customer Experience for the same.
Accountable to drive the Sales Pipeline Health relative to Pipeline Size (Quantity of Opportunities), Quality and Velocity. At all times focusing on Innovative Tactic and Strategies to gain Market Share and Alinity Presence in the Market.
Ownership for the Monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) New Product Planning Process. Drive process on a Monthly basis to ensure establishment of “One set of numbers”. Ensure clear transparency to New Product and Retirement Demand Management Statement which will enable sustainable and predictable delivery on IBP / LBE Commitment at Country / Region Level.
Accountable to deliver an accurate Demand Plan for prospective sales and service equipment for an 18 Month prospective Horizon. Plan to be based on assignable documented assumptions.
Collaborates with Regional Profitability Stakeholders to drive revenue, margin and cashflow optimization in Compliance with Division Alinity ci & Alinity h Guidance.
Ensure full alignment with the assigned Commercial key point contact for Regulatory Affairs relative to In-Country registration processes for all New Product and Retirement planning activities.
Primary partner with Supply Chain (Operations) Demand Planning Organization at the Region Level to ensure
Full alignment on New Product Forecast / Plan being developed for Ramp Up / Ramp Down
Alignment to New Product Ramp Up / Ramp Down Execution
Full close out of all Variances
Oversight of Adjustments to be made to plans, to ensure alignment, between Global Supply Chain and Marketing / Commercial
Lessons Learnt are being applied to the Process
Enable aforce as the System of record for Prospective Business Opportunities relative to Product Transition (New Product & Retirement).
Responsible for aforce adoption / usage completeness & accuracy relative to Alinity Opportunities and IBP forecast accuracy.
Deliver upon Plan Commitments and proactively Anticipate Gaps, Build Contingency Plans and Execute upon the same if required.
- Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Requirements / Experience
6+ years of total business experience
Demonstrated experience in program management ether in commercial or supply chain organizations. Experience of front lines sales leadership would be advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams.
Superior analytical skills, with strong financial acumen and a strategic thinking mindset.
Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management and to influence change.
