Abbott Connectivity & Data Analytics Specialist - Divisão de Diagnóstico Rapido (ARDX) - São Paulo/SP in São Paulo, Brazil

The Connectivity Consultant is responsible for setting connectivity projects, build connectivity solutions based on customer needs, ensure project management and technical activities for adequate project execution in the customer environment. Also, responsible to capture Business information and needs, understanding the AS IS and convert to TO BE scenario, considering Interoperability environment and customer requirements. Create in POWER BI analytics reports as decision making information to Sales and Services Teams. This role is considered critical to ensuring that projects and technical support are done effectively, supporting commercial team with consulting services to set the right value proposition that can solve customer immediate connectivity needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop AS IS and TO BE vision of the customer environment and needs, converting into Connectivity projects.

  • Create and manage the project with consultants, also with the tools like timeline, technical assessment, functional ant technical specifications, training material, etc.

  • Be the 3rd regional level after go-live support (Running business)

  • Work together with PSS and Complaint Intake to make sure after go-live support processes.

  • Interface with Global Informatics team where he will generate, manage and work together to deliver activities where this team is responsible for some steps during Connectivity projects.

  • Train local and regional Connectivity and PSS teams on the Connectivity products.

  • Perform daily activities related to technical items.

  • Measure services, extract data and work with analytics.

  • Ensure compliance with Corporate company guidelines

  • Train sales executives to understand connectivity, part of our integrated solutions and products.

  • Promote with Marketing team using Omnichannel and other channels the connectivity products.

  • Ensure Data Privacy aspects. Likewise build contracts with customer for each project.

  • Maintain partnership with providers and consultants to attend connectivity project objectives

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, Informatics or related areas

  • MS Office Package: Advanced

  • MS PowerApps, PowerBI, Sharepoint, Flow and 365 Family

  • Project Management – Agile Methodology / PM

  • IT Platforms/Network: User & Analytics.

  • Knowledge about internet connectivity, web protocols, HL7 / ASTM / POCT-A

  • Business environment: Healthcare market, Diagnostics, Medical Devices.

  • Knowledge about diagnostics equipment (plus)

  • Digital Mindset
