Facilitate the commercial business planning activities & ensure effective execution to deliver financial / business plan & Division Strategy Ownership for the Monthly Integrated Business Planning for Alinity, drive process on a monthly basis to ensure just “One set of Numbers “ also aligned with Demand management statement which will enable sustainable and predictable delivery on IBP/ LBE commitment at the country Level Accountable to deliver an accurate Demand Plan for prospective and service equipment for an 18-month prospective horizon Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Operations and Marketing, to access month to month changes and identification of Potential opportunities and Vulnerabilities on Commercial Revenue, Margin and Cashflow Enable Aforce as the system of record for Prospective Business Opportunities relative to Alinity & ARC Working with Commercial Operations Excellence Team to identify Process or Learning gaps and implement improvement plans, establish appropriate metrics to monitor and support Flawless Execution Key Commercial partner with Marketing and Finance to establish Business Cases
Minimum 5-6 years of Sales/ Business experience
Strong value selling skills •Finance knowledge
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrate experience driving Program management
Ability to lead Cross Functional Teams
Strategic Thinking mindset
Ability to interface with all levels of management and to influence change
Ability to make Senior Management recommendations
