Abbott Especialista de Customer Service - Divisão de Cuidados para Diabetes (ADC) - São Paulo/SP in Sao Paulo, Brazil

  • Manage the DTP project, which includes the establishment and monitoring of KPIs.

  • Lead the project to implement an Abbott owned DTP similar to European model with the objective to improve margin.

  • Understand legal, regulatory and supply chain requirements for the establishment of an Abbott owned DTP Solution, including product order directly from patients, delivery, invoicing and all related DTP interactions necessary.

  • Act as a central point of interface with Global/Area DTP & CRM Projects and provide effective and

  • strong project communication, documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop work plans and timelines to provide status reports and ensure the project meets timelines and stakeholder requirements.

  • Collect data, analyze statistics and prepare associated reports/presentations as required.

  • Work closely with Marketing Area to reinforce superior customer experience with Abbott Diabetes Care brands.

  • Experience with Digital Marketing (Data management and Business Intelligence)

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor degree

  • Intermediate/Advanced English
